New Meditation Classes at the Velasquez Institute

Meditation is an ancient practice still used today, to experience moments of deep inner silence, calm, tranquility and peace. Today, it is practiced for a wide variety of reasons—from spirituality, to relaxation from a busy schedule, cultivate mental discipline, cope with ill health and emotional turmoil, overcome stress and tension, increase vitality and energy, and to improve inner happiness and well being.
This seven-week session is offered on Tuesday evenings
6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
