El Hogar Del Nino has been doing the annual Thanksgiving feast ever since I was a volunteer at the center. The event is a way to connect with family, staff and friends as a big family unit. During the meal, families thank one another for their hard work and generosity in this time of giving.

The day care center provided 250 families with a Thanksgiving meal. The sponsors that provided this meal were Mid West Generation Energy, Edison International, La Casa Del Pueblo, Lopez & Co., PACTIVCO Packaging, and Harris Bank. Their generosity has made many families grateful during this Thanksgiving day.
