Diversify and Expand Our Program Offerings
We'd like to increase the number and types of educational and training programs that we offer. Our many initiatives include starting alternative education programs for youth customers and building innovative, "green jobs" training for adults.
Continue to Grow The Number of Customers
We'd like to increase the number of customers served, as well as add skilled, dedicated staff to expand our reach into the communities around us.
Increase the Number of Employer Partners
We are focusing on expanding the number of companies where we place customers, as well as move into fast-growing insdustries such as "green" construction and manufacturing.
Expand our Board of Directors
We are aiming to increase the number of our board members and to add specific expertise to our board.
Diversify Our Revenues Base
Like most nonprofits, we are striving for greater financial independence and a broader revenue base by adding increased private, corporate, and government funding sources.
