Monday to Saturday 5:30 AM to 8PM. Sundays 6 AM to 8 PM.
El Nopal Bakery is considered a Chicago institution. Opened on January 1, 1954. Now 58 years in business. Located in Little Village and Pilsen.
Food Network recently featured El Nopal Bakery. Celebrity Chef Jeff Mauro of Sandwich King said our bread was so soft and so perfect.
We are famous for our Hojarasca Cookies. My Dad was a former pastry chef at Palmer House and our bread is from his recipes.
We also make Tres Leches Cakes.
