Team Mundial Cocina Mestiza is composed of Mario Gerardo Cota and Executive Chef
Hector Marcial. Chef Marcial originally from Oaxaca Mexico has been exposed to cooking since early childhood when his family relocated to Mexico City. It was then, when young Marcial started assisting his mother at a local restaurant. Over the years Marcial learned from some of the best chefs in the industry, and after spending some time exploring various cuisines, he has returned to his roots and found a home at Mundial.
