Eligibility Requirements:  

1. Must be a resident of the state of Illinois
2. Must be a citizen of the United States
3. Must be 18 years of age on or before election day

1. You have moved since the last time you voted
2. Your name has changed
3. You do not appear as registered on the board of elections website
