Active Minds and Patient People Needed to Counsel Tenants!
Are You Interested In:
- Preventing Homelessness
- Helping others?
- Being an advocate for social justice?
- Learning about tenant/landlord laws and issues?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Listen to tenant issues
- Assist callers in developing a strategy to solve their problem
- Refer tenants to appropriate agencies
- Send out written materials to callers
- Maintain knowledge of current laws
- Learn updates as new laws are passed
- Identify potential supporters

Availability:
- Volunteer shifts are available between 1-5pm Monday-Friday
